Setup takes less than 5 minutes. Simply sign up for Upflow, select Xero as your integration, enter your Xero credentials, and you're good to go. A full AR history sync will begin, followed by real-time updates. You can stay in test mode until you're ready to go live.
Connecting Upflow to Xero ensures your invoices, customers, and payment data are always up to date - powering accurate, real-time collection workflows. With this integration, you eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and gain better visibility into your cash flow, helping your team accelerate collections and improve customer relationships.
Upflow syncs your AR data one-way from Xero: meaning invoices, payments, and customer records are always pulled in from Xero and reflected in Upflow in real time. You'll manage your collections, contacts, workflows, reminders, and notes within Upflow, while financial record updates remain centralized in Xero.
Upflow imports only Xero contacts (Xero "contacts" refer to customers or suppliers, while "contact persons" are the individuals associated with those entities) that are flagged as customers. This means the contact must either be marked as a customer in Xero or have at least one accounts receivable invoice. If the contact is marked as supplier only or is archived, it will not be imported into Upflow.
Upflow is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, ensuring enterprise-grade data protection and compliance. Your financial data remains encrypted and secure at every sync, while custom configuration options allow you to control exactly what gets imported.
